Security Management

• Ensures the integrity, confidentiality and availability of data
• Oversees software updates when they are available, and ensures the latest version of software is always being run (new versions contain security fixes)
• Runs antivirus software and uses a firewall to check all traffic to and from the computer
• Maintains access rights for all users, and carries our data recovery and system restore
