    • Further developed Bandura's theory. He considered that one explanation for criminal behavior comes from differential associations (interactions with others)
    • These sorts of criminals learn behaviors from others. This is why sometimes prisons are referred to as universities of crime as prisoners can learn techniques from other prisoners on how to commit crimes more effectively
