• Carbon and mineral ions are recycled by the environment.
• Raising temperatures speed up rate of reaction until denatured.
• Water is required for secreting enzymes and absorbing products.
• Oxygen is needed for aerobic respiration.
• 1. Co2 from respiration and combustion is in the atmosphere.
  2. Co2 absorbed by producers to make carbohydrates.
  3. Animals feed and co2 is exhaled during respiration.
  4. Dead organisms are eaten by decomposers and carbon reabsorbed back into the atmosphere as co2.
