• Injury risk:

  • when tissue capacity cant keep up to demands/load
• Diagnostic triage:

  • Emergency:
  • Joint infection (septic arthritis)
  • Bone infection (osteomyelitis)
  • Skin infection (cellulitis)
  • Deep vein thrombosis
  • Urgent care:
  • Suspected malignancy
  • Mild cellulitis
  • Non-urgent care:
  • Inflammatory arthritis (but consider differentials)
