• Salubong - It is a scene that shows the meeting between the Risen Christ and his mother Mary.
• Flores De Mayo - a Spanish phrase for "flowers of may",, It is a festival held in the Philippines to honor the Blessed Virgin Mary every month of May.
• Secular Music - music that is non-religious
• Harana - a traditional serenade performed by a man to show love for a woman.
• Kundiman - is an art song that talks about the love of the a boy for a girl, but mostly with sad lyrics of a hopeless romantic or the broken hearted.
• Kumintang - a popular vocal form that is related to the kundiman. Sometimes it is known as a war song.
• Balitaw - a dialogue or debate song wherein a man and a woman compete to know who is better at improvising romantic music.

• Bamboo Organ -

  • Las Pinas Bamboo Organ was founded in St. Josephs Parish in Las Pinas City.
  • It used to be the worlds only organ made of bamboo before a new one was made in Pampanga in 2019.
  • It composed of 902 carefully chosen and tuned bamboo pipes.
• Angklung Ensemble - it is a bamboo idiophone with two or more bamboo tubes affixed to a bamboo frame.
