  • Octobrists
    • These were wealthy moderate conservatives who named the party after the Manifesto.
  • Rightist Parties
    • These parties heavily supported the Tsar.
    • Examples of this included the Black Hundreds.
  • Kadets
    • The most liberal party in the Duma.
    • Supported full civil rights, a parliament, a constitutional monarchy and some land redistribution.
  • Trudoviks
    • Formally a part of the SRs, they had split and created their own non-revolutionary party.
    • Mainly liberal ideas such as nationalising non-peasant land, 8 hour working day and a minimum wage.
  • Progressives
    • Businessmen who favoured moderate reforms.
  • SD
    • By 1905, this was no longer a party as they had split into the Mensheviks and Bolsheviks.
  • SRs
    • Revolutionary populists who supported land redistribution.
    • Because of this, they had a lot of peasant support.
