-Glucose in plants is used for cellulose to strengthen plant cell wall/Starch to use as a form of glucose/Adding nitrate ions to glucose to make amino acids which is used to synthesise protein
-Glucose in humans is turned to glycogen and is then a storage form of glucose
-1 glycerol and 3 fatty acids molecules make a lipid which is found in the cell membrane
-Excess protein that humans do not need is broken down into urea and excreted via the kidneys
