  • Geographic Isolation - is a term that refers to a population of animals, plants or other organisms that are separated from excharging genetic material with other organisms of the same species. Typically, geographic isolation is the result of an accident or coincidence.
  • Chronic Illness - a condition of human health condition or disease that is persistent bor otherwise long-lasting in its effects or a disease that comes with time. The term Chronic is often applied when the course of the disease lasts for more than 3 months.
  • Displacement due to armed conflict - situations in which people leave their homes to escape violence or warzone areas.
