• The Ascension of Jesus: Acts 1:6 - 12
• CFC 648-649 - An integral part of Christ's paschal Mytery is His Ascension. The meaning of being raised or "lifted" is Christ's exaltation, sovereign authority, and power over creation and all history.
• When it was time for Jesus to go back to the Father, he instructed His disciples to go to Mt. Olives.
• The Ascension - an event which is believed to have occurred forty days after Jesus' Resurrection.
• Holy Spirit - who will inspire the disciple the disciples to fulfill the mission that Jesus gave them before He left and for them to be His witnesses.
• Mt 28:18 - Jesus revealed to them His power and His authority

• The Trinity is a perfect community of love. Praising Trinity is an act of divine worship.
• Phil 2:9-11 - Jesus Christ Is Lord
• CCC 664 - "To Him was given dominion and glory and kingdom, that all people, nations, which shall not pass away, and His Kingdom one that shall not be destroyed."
• Apostle Paul - He emphasizes God exalting Jesus above all others by having Him sit His right hand of the Father. (wrote to the Philippians)
• God's Hand - refers to the Messiah to whom is given power and authority to subdue His enemies.
• CCC 662 - The Lifting up of Jesus on the cross signifies and announces His lifting of the glory that Jesus promised to us.
• Abba - means Father
• five things: sonship, obedience, love, unity, and revelation
• Mt 11:25-27 - The Praise of The Father.
• Abrahan - God promised that He will make them a great nation and will bless them.
• Moses - God liberated them from the bondage of slavery and He gave them the Decalouge
• Gen 12:1-2 - God promised that He will make them a great nation and will bless them.
• DT 7:6-8 - to be people peculiarly His own, not because they were the largest of all nations but because He has set His heart on them and loved them.
• CFC 280 - the special relations of the Son Of God with God as "Abba"
• Mt 11:27 - "No one knows the Father but the son -- and anyone to whom the Son wishes to reveal Him.
