  • Active Listening
    • Displaying interest in what you want to hear and understand others' point of view
  • Resolution
    • If the solution is not possible, immediate resolution on the problem must be applied
  • Do not reject other's opinion
    Opinion may sometimes help an individual to think of the right solution
  • Seeking help
    • Do not hesitate to seek help from relative and friends. They will provide support in many ways.
  • Negotiation
    • One of the most difficult things to learn. Your position does not give you more rights than the others in the family.
