Pressure

• The SI unit of pressure is Pascal (Pa).
• Pressure is the force applied per unit area.
• More gas particles that hit the wall the pressure increases, so the pressure is greater at the wall than in the centre of the container
• the things that effect the air pressure is the quantity and temperature
• when the area of the container is smaller the pressure increases
• when the area is larger it decreases the pressure of air
• If the volume of the container is increased the pressure decreases
• When the temperature increases the pressure increases as well
