A series of exercise stations arranged in a specific order to usually alternate muscle groups. The stations can be aerobic or anaerobic, use body weight or equipment and can be performed individually or with a partner. Typical activities include star jumps, burpees, shuttle runs and dribbling exercises.
  • Weight training
A series of exercises organised into sets of repetitions with an intensity and recovery time specific to the individual. It is used to increase strength and muscular endurance, with high weight and low repetitions used for maximum strength gains, compared to low-weight high repetitions used for muscular endurance. Typical exercises include biceps curls, triceps dips, squats, calf raises and hamstring curls.
