    • Blogs on Web sites dedicated to a particular topic or organization
    • Updated with the latest news and views
  • Wikis
    • Allows users to add, delete, and sometimes modify content
    • Online encyclopedia Wikipedia.org
    • Information user can also be an information provider
    • Issue with quality of information
    • Wikis have caught on at many companies
