Hemoglobin is the oxygen-carrying protein found in red blood cells.
The four subunits that make up hemoglobin are called globins, with two alpha (α) chains and two beta (β) chains.
Each chain has an iron atom bound to it through a hemegroup.
What is Haemoglobin
It is a group of chemicallysimilarmolecules which are found in different organisms
Haemoglobins are proteins with a quaternary structure that has evolved to make it efficient at loading oxygen under one set of conditions, but unloading under a different set of conditions.
