• cornea focuses light on retina
• Iris controls size of pupil
• Pupil controls amount of light that enters
• Aqueous humour maintains shape of eyeball and focuses light inwards
• Vitreous humour maintains shape of eyeball and focuses light on retina
• Conjunctiva protects front part of sclera
• Blind spot is not sensitive to light
• Yellow spot is very sensitive to light
• Optic nerve carry nerve impulses to brain
• Retina detects light and produce nerve impulses
• Choroid supplies oxygen
• Sclera protects eye
• Lens focuses light on retina
• Ciliary muscles controls thickness of lens
• Suspensory Ligament holds the lens
