• What is death?


  The end of physical life. When the body ceases to function
• What is the soul?

  The spiritual part of a human being which makes them who they really are and allows them to have a relationship with God. It lives on after the death of the body

  Giving someone medication to put someone to death if they are in lots of pain

  People have the choice to choose or reject God. People will be judged on their choices and will go to Heaven or Hell

  A total lack of God for all eternity. Those who freely choose to reject God's grace and forgiveness in this life live forever without Him
• What is purgatory?

  A process of being made pure from sins, in order to go to Heaven

  The raising of the body to life again after death. Christians believe that Jesus has already experienced resurrection and that all people will experience it at the end of time.

  The Pope and a group of bishops who interpret the scriptures and traditions in order to form Church teachings. The magisterium is guided by the Holy Spirit to do this accurately

  The authority of Jesus being passed down from Pope to Pope

  An extraordinary and conciliar magisterium that was held to modernise the Church
