• ·         Good fire is for cooking
• ·         File Tetrahedron encompasses all burning materials, whether gas, solid, or liquid.
• Class A (Combustible Materials)

  ·         A – Ash

  ·         B – Boil

  ·         C – Electricity

  ·         D – Combustible Metal(No Water, No FE)

  ·         K – Kitchen Fire (No Water)
• “Check the label of the fire extinguisher.” (Must be application)
• WHAT CAUSES FIRE?

  ·         Apathy

  ·         Axon

  ·         Carelessness

  ·         Ignorance
• WHAT TO DO DURING FIRE?

  ·         Fire alarm

  ·         Advise the fire department

  ·         Fight the fire

  ·         Evacuate

  ·         Inform others
• WHAT TO AVOID DURING FIRE?

  ·         Panic

  ·         Hide in the CR, closet, or bed because you might suffocate

  ·         Use the elevator

  ·         Retrieve personal belongings if not necessary
• WHAT IS THE PORTABLE FIRE EXTINGUISHER USED?

  ·         Used to extinguish or kill fires
• REMEMBER

  ·         If the pin is missing from the fire extinguisher, it means it has been used.

  ·         Lift the lever of the FE

  ·         The cylinder is the body where information such as how to use, what type of fire extinguisher it is, etc., is displayed.
• HOW TO USE THE PE?

  T – Twist the pin

  P – Pull the pin

  A – Aim for the base of the fire

  S – Squeeze the lever and Sweep side to side
