Hinduism vs Buddhism

• Hinduism - has no singular founder
• Hinduism - Moksha as the ultimate goal for Hindus 
• Hinduism - polytheistic and subscribes to the worship of many gods and goddesses
• Hinduism - Hindu Caste System 
• Same - both believes in the concept of Karma and Samsara (cycle of reincarnation) 
• Same - both sees meditation as means to attain peace and enlightenment
• Same - both follows a set of moral code that regulates and guides their members into doing good 
• Buddhism - founded by Siddhartha Gautama
• Buddhism - Nirvana as the state of liberation from Samsara  
• Buddhism - focuses more on the present life and on personal growth rather than the after life
• Buddhism - ideologically rejects the concept of Caste System, all men are to be treated equally
