    2. UPDATE REGISTERS (REGISTER OF DIRECTORS + REGISTER OF DIRECTORS' RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES)
    3. UPDATE THE MINUTE BOOKS TO ENTER MINUTES OF BOARD & GENERAL MEETINGS

    The Board will call a GM
  • SCENARIO (A) BOARD IS COOPERATIVE
    1. GM NOTICE TO MEMBERS (MIN. 14 DAYS)
    2. GM MUST TAKE PLACE NO EARLIER THAN 28 DAYS FROM THE DATE THE COMPANY RECEIVED THE SPECIAL NOTICE

    Members can force a GM using ss.303-305 procedure
