• abnormal conciousness:

  • lethargy
  • obtunded
  • stupor
  • coma
• glasgow coma scale - assesses the level of conciousness
• EVM 456 - normal 13-15, abnormal less than 13

  • eye opening
  • verbal response
  • motor response
