• "Stars hide your fires; let not light see my black and deep desires" (Macbeth, Ac 1 Sc 4)
• "Come you spirits... unsex me here" (Lady Macbeth, Ac 1 Sc 5)
• Near Birnam Wood... Shall we well meet them


  • Reminds the audience prophecies are still there and Macbeth will be defeated when Birnam Wood comes to Dunsinae.
  • His fate of death is on its way, deceived
• and MACBETH slain


  • Macbeth has died, the witches prophecies led his fate to death as he had been deceived and tricked,
  • Macbeth acted on his own free will which actually led him powerless, died as a traitor
