  Murder is the monster’s revenge. Through killing those close to Victor, it relieves the monster’s pain. To make the Victor understand his suffering, the monster has to make Victor suffer. As long as there is other victims, the monster is not alone. In mimicking his own injustice, the monster gets compensation and relief
