• Sculpture originates from the latin word "sculpere" which means "to carve".
• Kinetic sculpture is Free-Standing sculpture that moves either by mechanical power or under the power of wind or water.
• Relief is a sculpture that projects in varying degrees from two dimensional background.
• Free standing known as "sculpture in the round".
• Free standing is any work of sculpture which can be viewed from any angle around the pedestal.
• Assemblage is a sculpture piece together from found or scavenged items that have a little or no relationship to one another.
• Four kinds of sculpture are Relief, Free-Standing, Kinetic Sculpture, and Assemblage.
• Basic sculpture techniques of Sculpture are carving, modeling, casting, and construction and assemblage.
• Modeling, it is the process of manipulating soft materials to create a three-dimensional form.
• Carving, it is a process in which the artist subtracts or cuts away from a solid material to reach the desired form.
• Construction and assemblage, it consists of combining and joining various materials to form a three-imensional object.
• Casting, it is a method of obtaining the permanence of a modeled work by making a mold and casting it in a durable materials such as bronze.
• Many people produce sculpture that depicts divinities or cultural heroes in a human or animal to form which would have been used in a religious or ritual context.
• It celebrates kingship and power, commemorate ancestors, or relate to beliefs about death and afterlife.
• Media used in sculpture are hard materials, sound, and light.
• Elements of design in sculpture are scale, color, line, shape, space, texture, value, and form.

  Is considered as an ethnic houses of christian peasant families living in the lowland areas.
• The badjaos or Sma Laut typically reside in houseboats.
• The two main levels of split level house are lower level and upper level.
• The lower level houses has the kitchen, living and dining areas, while the upper level has the bedrooms.
