  • Transcription is the process of transforming verbal data collected through interviews, focus groups, or field observations into a written format
  • For manual coding, you can write down the data in a proper format, use a highlighter to highlight all the essential points, and take notes very carefully
  • Methods of data presentation
    • Textual Presentation

    • Graphical Presentation (Line graph, Bar graph, Pie chart)
  • Mean : average and the sum of a set of data divided by the number of data.
  • Median : middle value when the data is arranged in numerical order.
  • Mode : value that appears the most.
  • Descriptive Statistics : state facts and proven outcomes from a population.
  • Inferential Statistics : analyze samplings to make predictions about larger populations.
