  • CPR procedure
    1. Compressions (30x)
    2. Place two hands on center of chest
    3. Push hard (5cm deep)
    4. Push fast (100/min)
    5. Airway (Push chin up and tilt head back)
    6. Clear any obstructions with finger sweep
    7. Breaths (x2, slow breaths just enough for the chest to rise)
  • If bleeding, apply direct pressure
  • If wound is on the arm or leg, raise limb above the heart
  • Do not apply tourniquet unless the bleeding is severe
