Solubility

• All group 1 compounds are soluble.
• Group 2 nitrates and chlorides are soluble (colourless).
• Group 2 carbonates are insoluble (White Precipitate).
• Calcium, Magnesium and Beryllium hydroxides are insoluble.
• Calcium, Strontium, Barium and Radium sulfates are insoluble.
• Lead chloride, hydroxide and sulfate are insoluble (White precipitate).
• Lead iodide is insoluble (Bright yellow)
• Lead nitrate is soluble.
• Calcium and higher hydroxides are insoluble.
• Calcium and lower sulfates are insoluble.
• Lead chlorides and sulfates are insoluble.
• All Nitrates are soluble.
