  the source is in cross fell and the mouth is in Middlesbrough
• Yarm is where the meander and its in the lower course
• high force water fall is in the higher course
• whinstone is hard rock
• limestone is soft rock
• seal sand is a nature reserve in the south of england, it is a habitat for many species of wildlife
• there are also lots of factories and industries on the banks of the river which means that there is pollution from sewage and chemicals

  • Cost £54 million + 32km long
• The Tees Barrier was built to stop flooding along the River Tees.
