While we are

our bodies repair and rebuild, mentally and physically.
It is recommended that teenagers get between

hours of sleep each day
Nutrition
Eating a
'balanced
diet' to ensure that your body gets all of the
nutrients
it needs to function properly

strengthen muscle
and
bone
4. To achieve additional health benefits, young people should engage in
more
activity – up to several
hours
per day

electronic media

entertainment
to no more than two hours a day – lower levels are associated with reduced health risks
