  • To fulfill the 2nd commandment:
    •Every time we repeat the prophet Isaiah’s
    text in the Eucharistic acclamation:
    “Holy, holy, holy, Lord God of power and
    might. Heaven and earth are full of your
    glory”
  • the 2nd commandment enjoins - joy-filled praise of the psalmist; "praise your servants of the Lord, praise the name of the lord. Blessed be the name of the Lord both now and forever. From the rising and the setting of the sun is the name of the Lord to be praised.
  • The reason that Sabbath has been changed to Sunday is the day of the Resurrection of Christ as the “first day of the week”
