  • Pick the Smallest Latest Finish Time
  • Float = LST - Duration - EST
  • Float is the amount of time that can be delayed without delaying any other activity.
  • Dummy Activities are used so that each activity is uniquely represented
  • Gantt (Cascade Chart)= Presents the range of possible start and finish times for all activities
  • Resource Histogram = Shows the number of workers active at any time
  • Scheduling Diagram = Shows each individual workers scheduled activities. Lower bound = sum of all activity times / the critical time
