• A culture is things that are specific to a country . It is a way that a goup of people have to do things . In general , it is what is common to a group of people .
• Folk cultrure is something that was probably already there 200 years ago . It is associated with traditions from cultures . It ios the cult of ordinary people . It is the original part , the traditional part of a culture
• Example of folk culture would be the Brittanian dance ( dance bretonne )
• Another example of folk culture would be the Holi festival , it is located in India , it is originally a Hindu festival .
• During the Holi festival , people celebrate with bonefire , they throw colorful powder at eachother called gulal , they eat sweets , throw water , dance to traditional , folk music . A man covered in the bright colors of Holi showers the crowd with handful of red powder during the festivities .
• The Holi festival celebrates the eternal and divine love of the deities Radha and Krishra . It also celebrates the arrival of spring .
• The colors of the Holi symbolize spring , love and the victory of good over evil
• The Holi festival promotes unity by bringing people of all background together to celebrate and share joy . Families prepare for the Holi by decorating their house and streets , stocking up on colorful powders , and making traditional food.
• During the Holi festival , a lot of traditional foods are prepared such as Gujiya, thardia , lassi , rasmalia , malpua , barfi , Badam phirni , Dahi Bhalla / Dahi Vada , coconut milk muruku , Duran Poli , ladoo
• A mass culture is a cultrue that came from the industrial revolution . It is seen as a lower form of culture . It is also associated with mass media . One of the result of this culture is cultural products that are both mass-produced and for mass audience .
• An example of mass culture would be Facebook or Instagram , Telegramme , France 2 , TF1 , TMC
• Popular culture is similar to mass culture but it is not the same . It includes all culture . It is composed of what is popular at a certain time like clothes , video games, music and many more
• Example of pop culture would be Stray kids , Lady gaga , Tom Cruise ,Brad Pitt , and many more
