    Where the laws of the game are interpreted in ways that, whilst not illegal, are not in the spirit of the game.

    Behaviour that I immoral or seriously breaks the rules of sport

    The amount of danger that actually exists in the activity.

    A process used to evaluate the real risks involved in an activity

    Lack of preparation, broken equipment, and limited level of skill.
  • How can a performer manage risk?
    By wearing protective clothing and following the rules and instructions
  • What does RICE stand for?
    Rest, ice, compression, and elevation.
  • How do muscular injuries happen?
    They happen when the muscle fibres get damaged or torn from stretching too much or making sudden movements.
