Enhancing

• Enhancing supplementary services: consultation, hospitality,safekeeping, and exemptions
• Consultation - consist of advice from a knowledgeable service person in a response to the request "what do you suggest?"
• Consultation: customized advice, personal counsel, tutoring/training in service use, and management or technical consulting
• Hospitality - ideally reflect pleasure at meeting new customers and greeting old ones when they return
• Hospitality: greetings, food and beverages, toilet and washrooms, waiting facilities and amenities, and transport
• Safekeeping: child care, pet care, barking for vehicles, valet parking, coat rooms, baggage handling, storage space, safe deposit boxes, and security personnel
• Exemptions - services that fall outside the routine of normal service delivery
• Exemptions: special request, problem solving, handling of complaints/suggestions/complements, and restitution
