    Instructional materials must last if possible until lifetime so that they can be reused. They should be able to stand for a longer duration of time.

    Consider the salary of the teachers and their expenses in making instructional materials. Teachers can use their resourcefulness and creativity to produce their own material using cheaper things.
  • Portability
    Instructional materials must be easy to handle and carry so that it is more convenient for the teacher to carry it wherever they will teach.
  • Relativity
    Instructional materials must be related to the topic or lesson being taught. They should ease the burden of teaching and help students understand the subject better.
  • Uniqueness
    Students want to have things that make them curious about it. Let them manipulate the material to evaluate how they can use it.
