Multinational Enterprises (MNE)- also called multinational corporation(MNC). An enterprise producing goods or delivering services in more than one country.
Pros- Economies of scale-greater efficiency and lower prices.
PROS- MORE RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT, LEADING TO IMPROVED PRODUCTS
PROS- Create jobs and wealth around the world.
Cons- Scope or tax avoidance and lost tax revenue.
Cons- Monopoly power leads to higher prices for consumer.
