    When Hitler took power, he banned all trade unions on 2nd May 1933 because he felt that they were a threat, he then replaced it with the German Labour front DAF) to protect his workers rights All Workers had to join or they could not work

    1. Strike was made illegal, offenders would be sent to the concentration camps
    2. Workers could not leave a job without permissions
    3. worker Couldn't ask for higher wages
    4. Working hours were increased, 60+ hours a week
