  1. Wine and bread are prepared on the altar
  2. Bread is divided into four parts and the eucharistic prayer is said
  3. Cherubic hymn is sung and then the bread and wine are carried through the Royal Doors which are closed
  4. Royal Doors are opened and the priest invites baptised members of the church to receive the bread and wine which delivered on a spoon
  5. The blessed but not consecrated bread is given out to be taken home

  3. Eucharistic prayer is said over the bread and wine at the altar

  5. Congregation stand to receive the bread which is placed on their hands or tongues
  6. Post Eucharistic prayer is said which is followed by a blessing and dismissal

  1. Those who wish to participate gather around at the front of the church
  2. A minister reads the gospel
  3. The bread and wine are shared, the wine is given in individual glasses
  4. Hymns and prayers may be said and sung
  5. This does not happen every Sunday and participants do not need to be baptised
• Transubstantiation

  The belief that when the priest prays over the bread and wine it becomes the literal body and blood of Jesus
