Accreditation under the IATA

• The International Air Transport Association (IATA) accredits two distinctive types of travel agencies:

  1. Airline Appointed Agencies (AAA) holding ticket stock or;
  2. capable of e-ticketing and all other categories of travel agencies called Travel Sales Intermediary (TSI) Agencies.
