  • Liturgy of the Eucharist – consecrate the bread and wine into a body and blood of Jesus Christ, then It is offered to everyone attending the Mass.
  • Offering – Bread and Wine Sponsors (usually a couple) goes into the priest and gives him the “Ciborium”, which is the container of the host (the body of Christ) and a jar of wine called a “Cruet”.

  • Types of Mass:
    1.       Regular Mass – held every Sunday of the week, and comes in complete flow of the structure.
    2.       Mass for the dead (Requim mass) – held to pray for someone who has passed away
    3.       Baptismal Mass – mainly does the practices of the First Sacrament: Baptism.
    4.       Wedding Mass -  focuses on man and woman who will be declared as husband and wife in God’s name
    5.       Anticipated Mass – held on Saturday, the day before the seventh day
