      Alkylating agent, it metabolites by interfering with DNA synthesis and function and RNA transcription. Causes DNA strands to break and act on all stages to cause cell death.
    • What is prednisolone used to treat?
      Lymphoma, administered orally.
    • MOA- Prednisolone?
      Is a corticosteroid which possess anti-inflammatory effects. Has immunosuppressive properties and inhibits mitosis and protein synthesis in sensitive lymphocytes.
