• REPUBLIC ACT 10173 COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE DATA PRIVACY ACT (DPA) OF 2021- is a law that aims to protect individual’s personal information in information and communications systems in both government and private sectors that was approved on August 15, 2021, which is composed of nine chapters and 45 sections
