HEALTHRULES - Take a good shower before entering the swimming pool.
- Do not swim when you have an infectious disease like colds, stroke eyes, athlete’s foot or open wound.
- Take a footbath before entering the pool.
SAFETY MEASURES - Do not swim alone in deep portion of the pool or without knowledge of the instructors, buddy or the presence of lifeguard.
- Wear caps when needed to keep the hair out of the eyes.
CARE OF BELONGINGS - Keep things in locker or deposit them with the person in-charge
- Before leaving, check whether you have any valuables left behind.
BASIC WATER SAFETY - Assist non swimmer to his/her feet by holding wrist, chin hair and bathing suit strap.
