Kippah and Tallit

• The Kippah is a cap worn by Jewish men and boys (sometimes women) during worship.
• It’s a reminder of God’s presence and a symbol of Jewish identity
• The tallit or prayer shawl is worn everyday for morning prayer
• The fringes represents the 613 mitzvots in the Torah
• They remind Jews that they base their lives around the commandments God had given them
