    Provides analgesia, muscle relaxation and visceral analgesia.

    Associated with cardiovascular depression which decreased cardiac output and bradycardia. hypertension, vasoconstriction, hypothermia, pale mm, vomiting, reduced intestinal motility.

    reversal of sedation and analgesia

    CVD, liver disease or where committing would be risky.
