• The maximum number of points education can earn is 16.

• The maximum number of points for training is 18
• 1-3 months: 3 points, 1-2 years: 9 points, 10 + years: 18 points
• The maximum number of points for experience is 8, with 1 point(s) for each year of experience
• The maximum number of points for occupation is 10, and is established by the munster and determined by demand,
• The maximum number of points for arranged employment is 10, if there is an arranged job
• The maximum amount of points for demographic factor is 8, and is based on where the immigrant would like to live in Canada
• The maximum number of points for age is 10
• 10 points if 21-44 years of age, 2 points are subtracted for each year either over 44 or under 21
• The maximum number of points for knowledge of french or english is 15
• 10 points for fluency in one language, 15 points for fluency in both
• The maximum number of points for personal suitability is 10, based on personal interview
• The maximum number of points for an assisted relative is 5.
