Identifies necessary costume requirements
Organizes cast members to help acquire necessary costumes
Obtains/purchases/sews/rents necessary costumes
Sound Designer
Plans and provides the sound effects or soundscapes for the production
Creates sounds that motivates actions
Studies the script and gathers as much information as possible about sound or music
Ticket Manager
Arranges for ticket printing (generally with theater)
Coordinates ticket distribution by cast
Provides and tracks complimentary tickets
Publicity Director
Advertises shows and auditions
Develops detailed budget within budget ceiling from the producer
Is selected by and reports to the producers
Production Photographer
Takes pictures during auditions
Shoots individual and activity photos for programs
Photographs for advertisements and paper submissions
Program Designer
Designs the general program
Gets the bios and photos of the cast from the producer
Arranges to have program printed
Makeup Designer
Plans the hairstyle and make up to complement the costumes of the actors
Does creative make up, face and body painting, hair coloring and other accessories
Creates make up based on the character's age and personality and the time and place of the story
Properties Designer
Identifies and obtains property requirement for the production
Purchases batteries for body microphones
It is selected by and reports to the producers
Actor
Enhances performance through imagination, emotional honesty, and empathy
Focuses, listens and has high level reading, research, and text analysis skills
Observes vocal training for greater power, expressiveness, and clarity

Set Design
He or she builds the set (or sets) that will simulate the world that the play’s characters are supposed to live in.
