  • the image is 3D
  • light reflects of the speciemen
  • the distance between the lens the specimen is much great
• Eye piece: part of mircoscope you look through
• Course Focus Knob: sharpens focus on low power
• Stage : where the specimen is placed
• Objecive Lense: the lense of the microscope closest to the specimin
• Specimen: object being studied
• Light Source: used to light up specimen
• Fine Focus Knob: sharpens focus on high power
• Slide and cover slip: equiments used for wet mounts
