• Trademark: a symbol, word, or words legally registered or established by use as representing a company or product.
• Cyberbullying: the use of electronic communication to bully a person, typically by sending messages of an intimidating or threatening nature
• Patent: a government authority or licence conferring a right or title for a set period, especially the sole right to exclude others from making, using, or selling an invention
• plagiarism: the practice of taking someone else's work or ideas and passing them off as one's own
• trade secret - a secret or formula that is not generally known or available to the public and is used in the business
• Copyright - A legal term describing exclusive rights granted to the originator of certain creative works such as books, music, films, etc., giving them the power to control how their creation may be used and distributed.
• Flaming- swapping of insult back and forth, or with many people against a single victim
• denigration- rumors, gossip, and untrue statements against the victim
• Exclusion- child's development to feel accepted a part of society, community
• Outing- a person's sexuality is revealed to the public, public display, posting of personal communication
• Impersonating- pretending to be someone else, especially in order to deceive or harm someone, "veil of anonymity"
• Cyber Harassment- The use of technology to harass, threaten, or intimidate someone, use of email, instant messaging and derogatory website
• Cyberbullying- use of technology to harass, intimidate, embarrass, humiliate, exclude, threaten, or injure another person
• Cyberstalking- systematically harass or threaten someone with the use of internet.
• Personal Humiliation- posting images and videos intended to embarrass, humiliate someone
• Hacking- unauthorized access to control over computer network system
• Phishing- fraudulent attempt to obtain sensitive information such as usernames, passwords
• Illegal Downloading- obtain file that you don't have the right to use from the internet
• Identity Theft- stealing personal identity information, method to gain financial advantage or obtain credit
• Pornography- representation of sexual behavior, cause sexual excitement.
