    Ozymandias was a tyrant which mocked his people, artist made fun of him

    even powerful should be afraid of his kingdom/ power, no one will be as powerful as him

    believes himself above others and has full power of the world, wants others to be afraid

    all his works reduced to nothing, time is more powerful than him and will always win 
  • ‘The lone and level sands stretch far away’
    nothing there, nothing is permeant, power and wealth aren’t important as well all meet the same fate, meant to be humbling, sand buries all traces of his existence/ city
