Intermediate Host/s: 2nd IH - Freshwater crab and Crayfish
= Sputum color in Paragonimiasis (coffee-colored, Blood tinged, Rusty colored sputum or Hemoptysis)
= Pulmonary discomfort (mimic TB)
= Fibrosis in lung tissue
= Migrates to the brain (Worst-case scenario)
